Amazon - Access to Orders.ListOrders is denied
The Amazon connection is failing to download orders with the error message:
Could not retrieve orders.
Access to Orders.ListOrders is denied
This happens when CartRover no longer has permissions to access your Amazon account. This can happen if a user disconnects the connection or if you do not respond to the annual renewal request email sent by Amazon.
- Login to your Amazon Seller Central account
- In the upper right go to Settings > User Permissions
In the section titled "Amazon MWS Developer Permissions" you will find the CartRover listing:
- If there is no CartRover listing, you must follow the Amazon setup guide again.
- If this page is not available, make sure you are logged into Seller Central with a Super User or Admin account.
- Look under the Authorization history section of the page. If CartRover is listed, click the Restore access link.
Go to CartRover and click Test for the Amazon cart to see if this fixed the issue.
- If this does not resolve the issue, you must follow the Amazon setup guide again.
