Amazon Marketplace Integration Overview

Supported Marketplaces
Integration Manager supports Amazon America, Europe, and Japan. Separate connections are needed for each and may have different setup instructions.

  1. Extensiv ‚Äč‚ÄčIntegration Manager retrieves new orders from Amazon Marketplace
  2. Integration Manager delivers orders to WMS/OMS
  3. Integration Manager retrieves shipment tracking and inventory levels from WMS/OMS
  4. Integration Manager delivers shipment tracking and inventory levels to Amazon Marketplace.

Required Parameters

Important Integration Notes

Before setting up this connection to Amazon Marketplace, please review these important notes to ensure the integration is successful:

Inventory Sync

For Inventory sync to work, YOU MUST use the Amazon Seller SKU. ASIN is not supported due to limitations in Amazon. Make sure your Amazon Seller SKU is setup as either the primary SKU in Integration Manager or as an alias: Product aliases in Integration Manager

Seller Central

Integration Manager currently supports Amazon Seller Central Merchant Fulfilled orders only. Integration Manager does NOT support Amazon Vendor Central. 

Seller Fulfilled Prime
Integration Manager support Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime orders. Integration Manager can provide all the required fields needed to print a Prime shipping label, however Integration Manager does not print shipping labels. You must use a shipping system capable of communicating with Amazon to print shipping labels and Integration Manager will pass through the required fields.
