BigCommerce multiple CartRover connections to a single store

in some cases there may be a need to have several CartRover connections to a single BigCommerce store. Common reasons for this are the need to send order information to multiple order destinations, or selling for multiple clients on a single store and needing orders to be separated by client or product. Due to limitations outside of CartRover, multiple connections to the same BigCommerce store must be activated by CartRover support. There is a one time activation charge per connection of $39 that will be billed by CartRover prior to activation.

If you need multiple CartRover connections to a single BigCommerce store please follow these instructions:

1.  Create a new CartRover cart for each connection you need to the single BigCommerce store.
2. Contact CartRover through help@cartrover.com  and include the following information:
      a. Use subject "Multiple Connections to Single BigCommerce Store"
      b. CartRover Account Login email address
      c. A list of the BigCommerce integrations you need us to activate in CartRover
      d. A billing contact with: Name, email, and phone
3. CartRover will send you a payment request, once payment is received work will begin and is usually completed within 1 business day.
