CartRover supports the following documents with CommerceHub (XML via SFTP). Please see the below section for CommerceHub Data Exchange Method setup. 

  • 850 Purchase Order
  • 855/997 Acknowledgement
  • 856 Shipment
  • 810/820 Invoice
  • 846 Inventory Advice


Data Exchange Method in CommerceHub

When configuring your CommerceHub OrderStream account, please select the data exchange methods as shown below. Note: Document types may vary per retailer (BBB and Costco shown below). Please select SFTP and XML for all CartRover documents (listed above).

Retailer Branded Packing Slips

CartRover does not provide or pass packing slips to your warehouse for CommerceHub connections. If the retailer you are connecting to requires a branded packing slip, you have two options:

  1. Have your warehouse implement the packing slip in their system (per CommerceHub/retailer specs and approval process)
  2. Download the packing slip from OrderStream
