3PL Central Error Code: ValueNotSupported. Not assigned to Customer X

Problem

3Pl-Central is rejecting orders and raising the following alert:
OrderItem.ItemID: XX. 3PL Central Error Code: ValueNotSupported. Not assigned to Customer Y

Solution

A common cause of this error is if you are using Warehouse level API credentials for your merchant connection in CartRover.
To resolve this, obtain new API credentials from 3PL Central that are customer specific.

In CartRover:
  1. Go to: Merchant -> Edit Setup -> 3Pl-Central WMS Settings
  2. Enter your new API credentials into the API Client ID and API Client Secret fields.
