Error with 3DCart order status

CartRover is displaying one of the following errors:

Could not mark order as 'Processing'

Could not mark order as 'Shipped'

This error can happen if you have changed the default Order Statuses in 3D Cart.

Solution 1

Change the 3D Cart order statuses back.

By default we expect the following statuses to exist:

  • New
  • Processing
  • Shipped

You can see instructions for updating your Order Statuses here:

Solution 2

Tell CartRover about your different order statuses.

In Cartrover go to your 3D Cart and click Edit Setup.

You can then enter the Order Statuses you use in your cart for "New", "Processing" and "Shipped"
