Magento 2 Permissions Error

Problem

You are receiving a Magento permissions error when CartRover tries to upload tracking or inventory to Magento 2.

Solution

The only way to fix a permissions issue with Magento 2 is to disconnect CartRover and start the connection from scratch.

  1. Browse to the cart in CartRover and click Edit Setup.
  2. Click Remove Authorization to disconnect CartRover from Magento.
  3. Follow the Magento 2 setup guide from scratch and pay close attention to the permissions that are requested: Setting Up Magento 2
