Order Missing From ShipStation
Orders in CartRover show a status of AT WMS, but those orders are not showing in ShipStation.
To solve this problem, you must open up a ticket with ShipStation support and provide them with a sample order number to review.
This issue happens because ShipStation picked up the order from CartRover, but then decided there was an issue with the order and did not load it. However ShipStation does not notify CartRover when this happens. ShipStation support can identify the issue and you can either correct the order in CartRover or contact CartRover support to help prevent the issue in the future.
If the order status in CartRover is NEW, it means ShipStation has not yet reached out to CartRover to pick up the order. Ensure you have finished the connection setup and then perform a sync from ShipStation.
