Setting Up Amazon Direct Fulfillment

    Step-by-step guide

    Contact Amazon

    1. Login to Vendor Central

    2. Go here to register:

      1. Fill out your company information

      2. Data Access: My organization sells on Amazon, and I only want to integrate to manage my own business only

      3. Roles: Select Direct-to-Consumer Shipping and Amazon Fulfillment

    3. Click Support at the top of the page

    4. Click Contact Us button towards the bottom of the page

    5. Select your business group type if requested

    6. Select API Integration

    7. Select Registration and access

    8. Click Send an email

    9. Enter the subject: Register my application

    10. Replace the default description with the following message:

      App Creation Request :
      App Name: Integration Manager
      IAM User: CartRoverVendorCentral
      ARN: arn:aws:iam::588770342838:user/CartRoverVendorCentral
      Used for: Direct Fulfillment

      Marketplace(s) involved: US
    11. Click to Submit your application.

    12. Expect a response email from Amazon in a few business days.

    Authorize Connection

    1. Once Amazon has responded that your app is created, go to:

    2. Click View in the LWA Credentials column to collect your Client ID and Client Secret

    3. Click the Authorize button (you may be required to click Edit first)

    4. Click Generate refresh token

    5. Enter the required credentials into Integration Manager and test the connection.
