ShipHero - Missing Tracking

Problem

Some or all orders have been shipped by ShipHero, but the tracking information has not loaded into CartRover.

Solution

  1. Go to your Merchant > Edit Setup page in CartRover. Click Test WMS Connection.
    1. This step is required for every new merchant you setup. This will both verify the connection as well as tell ShipHero how to send tracking data to CartRover.
  2. Contact ShipHero and ask them to re-send any missing tracking records to the CartRover webhook.


CartRover can not pull tracking records from ShipHero, ShipHero sends them to CartRover from their end. Because of this, if there are missing records you should first reach out to ShipHero to request them to re-send tracking records.
