TradeGecko - The access token was revoked
All interfaces to your TradeGecko account are failing with the message:
The access token was revoked
This can happen for several reasons if a change in TradeGecko removes CartRover's access to your account. These instructions will quickly fix the issue and the services will resume automatically.
- Login to CartRover and go to the TradeGecko settings in Carts > TradeGecko > Edit Setup.
- Click Remove Authorization
- Click Grant Us API Access
- Follow any TradeGecko login steps.
- When complete, be sure to click OK at the bottom of the CartRover screen to save.
