TradeGecko - You don't have permission to update this fulfillment
CartRover is failing to send tracking information to TradeGecko with the error message:
Could not upload tracking information
Could not confirm order: XXXXX-YYYYY
You don't have permission to update this fulfillment
CartRover inherits the permissions of the TradeGecko user who setup the connection to Cartrover. This error means the TradeGecko user you used to connect CartRover to TradeGecko did not have enough permissions. You need to do one of the following:
- Give the user more permissions in TradeGecko so they can update fulfillments in CartRover.
- Disconnect and Reconnect TradeGecko from inside CartRover. When Reconnecting, be sure to use a user with full permissions in TradeGecko.
After this is done, CartRover will automatically begin sending back tracking to TradeGecko at the next scheduled time.
